Museum lessons
Museum lessons add attractive variety to school activities and provide an opportunity to increase students’ interest in local history. Our educational offer is adapted to the age of the students and to the core curriculum for primary, middle, and secondary schools. Our main aim is to make young people interested in history, which is why during classes our educators like to use various media as well as archival materials and exhibits from the collections of the Museum and the Museum’s exhibition, including the model of the camp made on the scale of 1:160. We make every effort to ensure that the lessons engage the attention of students: we ask them to perform tasks that require thinking, noticing details, and, in the case of younger students, also manual skills. Our offer includes both lessons on local history – that of Pruszków and the transit camp Dulag 121 – and Polish history.
The cost of classes: 50 złoties per group + 4 złoties per each participant (i.e., a reduced ticket price).
Applications are accepted at least one week in advance by phone: (22) 758 86 63, 884 074 494, or by e-mail to: dulag@dulag121.pl or edukacja@dulag121.pl
All details about the lessons can be found in our offer. We encourage you to download it.
